What we collect

• Checkout (card orders): When you buy through our shop, we ask for your shipping address on our site so we can set the shipping rate for your ZIP code and ship your order; we store it with your order and pass it to Stripe, our payment provider. Payment details (including name, email, and payment info) are collected and processed by Stripe. We use that information to fulfill your order, prevent fraud, and provide customer support. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
• Make an Offer / inquiry forms: If you submit an offer or contact form, we may store your name, email, and shipping address (and any message you send) in our admin tools so we can set shipping, reply, and complete the sale.
• Optional marketing: If you clearly opt in to stay in touch, we use your email to send shop updates (new arrivals, notes from the shop). You can unsubscribe anytime.
• Caddie List sign-up: If you join the Caddie List (oldschoolcaddie.com/caddie-list — the QR code in your box), we collect your name and whatever else you choose to give us: phone number, email, mailing address, the club you bought, and what you’re hunting for. We also keep when you signed up, which boxes you checked, the exact consent wording you saw, and your IP address and browser, as a record of your consent. We use this to stay in touch, tell you about new arrivals and deals, and help find clubs for you. Marketing texts and emails go only to people who checked the matching box.
• Technical data: Standard site/log data (e.g. IP, browser, pages viewed) and cookies needed to run the shop and understand traffic. Payment pages may also use Stripe’s scripts.

How we use information

• Fulfill orders, ship clubs, and service your account/request
• Send transactional emails (receipts, shipping) related to a purchase
• Send marketing emails only if you opted in
• Send marketing text messages only with your express consent (see Text messages below)
• Improve the shop and protect against fraud/abuse

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic and which links bring visitors to the shop. It collects the pages you view, device and browser information, your approximate location, and the UTM source of a visit (like the link or post that sent you). We do not send names, email addresses or phone numbers to Google Analytics, and we have turned off its advertising features. You can block it with your browser’s tracking-protection tools or by installing Google’s opt-out add-on.

How we share information

We share data with service providers who help us operate, including Stripe (payments) and shipping carriers. We do not sell your personal information. Marketplace purchases on eBay or Sideline Swap are governed by those platforms’ policies — this policy covers our direct shop.

Text messages

• If you check the text-message box when you join the Caddie List, you agree to receive recurring marketing and promotional text messages from Old School Caddie (like new arrivals and deals) at the number you give us. These may be sent using automated technology.
• We text you only with your express consent. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email golfsales@oldschoolcaddie.com.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us send messages.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from marketing via the link in any promo email or by emailing us
• Stop text messages by replying STOP to any message
• Request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold by contacting golfsales@oldschoolcaddie.com (order records we need for tax/fulfillment may be retained as required by law)

Kids

Our shop is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change when we do.
