Returns, the simple version

You have 14 days from delivery. Email us at golfsales@oldschoolcaddie.com before you send anything back.
Used clubs need to come back exactly as we shipped them. We photograph every club before it leaves, and a club that's been played can't be returned.
New gear can be returned only if it's still new: all the original packaging, with the plastic wrap on the head, grip, and shaft still on.
If you just changed your mind, we'll email you a UPS label, and its cost comes out of your refund. There's no other fee.
If we got it wrong or it arrived damaged, you get a full refund, shipping both ways included.
Items under $50 and clearance items are final sale.
